Born and raised in Orlando, FL. Graduated with a degree in Information Systems Audit and Control from Bentley University in 2010. After working in finance for the largest casual dining chain for 5 years Bryan followed his dreams and started working in the BBQ industry. Today he is the Head Pitmaster for Sonny's BBQ working on menu development, operations Standards, Pitmaster Certification Program, and competing in BBQ competitions on the weekends. Bryan and his competition teammates have won numerous awards.
